This is a 47.6 square meter commercial space in the Kurata 11 building, 13 minutes from Sannomiya Station and right in the heart of Kitano. It could be used as a cafe, office, or shop.
The red brick building has been a fixture of Kitano since the 1980’s, and evokes a certain nostalgia for the late Showa period. This area gets a lot of foot traffic from tourists and locals, and is just across the street from a Lawson Convenience Store and the famous Ijinkan Starbucks.
